By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound legally by these terms, which constitute a binding contract between you and Saviyo Ventures LLP.
2.1 Eligibility and User Accounts
By using this website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you create an account, you are solely responsible for protecting your credentials and managing all activities occurring under your account.
2.2 Product Descriptions and Natural Variances
We strive to display our garment fits and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's digital display will perfectly match the physical textile's precise shade.
2.3 Pricing, Taxes, and Currency
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rates. Saviyo Ventures LLP reserves the structural right to alter prices, modify catalog items, or update product information at any time without prior announcement. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an administrative or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and issue a full refund.
2.4 Order Acceptances, Cancellations, and Modifications
The receipt of an order confirmation code does not signify our definitive acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or limit order quantities due to bulk warehouse depletion, system discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Users may cancel an order directly through our system within four (4) hours of purchase. Once an order passes this window and enters our fulfillment pipeline, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
2.5 Delivery Timelines and Logistics
We partner with reliable courier platforms across India to ensure secure transit. Our standard delivery timeline spans 3 to 7 business days across India from the date of order confirmation.
While we endeavor to meet these timelines, delivery windows may occasionally be impacted by public holidays, local logistical challenges, remote geography, or delayed due to natural disasters and pandemic-like circumstances. Saviyo Ventures LLP will provide online tracking parameters for all shipments once dispatched.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All digital content featured on this platform—including brand names, logos, original textile designs, website layout designs, structural data graphics, photographic imagery, and written content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Saviyo Ventures LLP and is protected by Indian and international trademark, copyright, and design laws. Any unauthorized reuse, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
2.7 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saviyo Ventures LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or products. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saviyo Ventures LLP from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms.
2.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitrations arising from these terms or your transactions with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
